PROJECT COMPLETION ANNOUNCEMENT
David Lloyd Norwich – Pool Hall Renovation Phil Wright Derren Smith
As Director of T&D Works Commercial Contractors, I’m incredibly proud to announce the successful completion and handover of our latest project at David Lloyd Norwich. After four months of meticulous planning, preparation, and execution, the facility is now fully operational and open to its members once again.
This was a significant renovation involving:
- Full strip-out and reinstatement of three large-scale curtain walling systems using cranes and specialist access
- Complete pool hall refurbishment – including wall and floor tiling, carried out to the highest standards
- Installation of a brand new sauna and a luxury experience shower
- Modern poolside features to elevate the member experience
This project reflects not only the capabilities of our in-house team but the commitment we have to excellence, safety, and detail on every commercial project we undertake.
